Domingo de Pascua... conejo de pascua

Katja y Brian vinieron a pasar con nosotros el domingo de pascua y a buscar los huevos que el conejo de pascua debía esconder. La idea inicial era que iríamos al parque Golden Gate en San Francisco para participar en las actividades de la comunidad finlandesa, pero debido a los reportes de clima (lluvia, lluvia, lluvia) el evento fue cancelado y lo trasladamos a un almuerzo en casa con la correspondiente búsqueda de huevos.



Katja, Laia e Ilona con las canastas hechas a mano fueron las encargadas de encontrara TODOS los huevos y los conejos de chocolate que el conejo escondio en el patio de la casa... Brian tuvo que ayudar un poco pues me temo que el conejo fue muy puntilloso escondiendo algunos de los tesoros.


Como la invitada era Katja no podia irse sin pintar las caras de las caracolas, particularmente Laia todavia recuerda la mariposa que le pinto hace año y medio cuando le regalo las pinturas por su cumpleaños (No. 4) en la lejana Helsinki. Ambas estuvieron muy qiueticas y el resultado fueron dos hermosas mariposas.

Fue un día muy agradable y afortunadamente el sol se dejo ver un rato para permitirnos hacer la actividad programada!

Katja and Brian came to spend with us Easter Sunday and to participate in the eggs hunt that the Easter rabbit does every year for kids.
The original idea was that we would meet at the Golden Gate park in San Francisco to participate in the activities of the Finnish community, but due to the climate reports (rain, rain, rain) the event was cancelled and we transferred it to a lunch at home with, ofcourse, the egg hunting.
Katja, Laia and Ilona with the hand made baskets were the ones in charge of the egg huntting, they hat to find eggs and chocolate rabbits that the rabbit hide in the garden of our house...
Brian had to help a little because I am afraid the rabbit was very good at hiding some of the treasures.
Considering the guest was Katja she had to use her habilities painting the faces of the snails. Especially Laia still remembers the butterfly that she painted for her one year and a half ago, when she gave her the paintings as the birthday presente (no. 4) in the far away Helsinki. Both were very good and patient and the result was two beautiful butterflies.
It was a very pleasant day and luckly the sun shows up and allow us to make the easter activity!

Katja e Brian sono venuti a spendere con noi la domenica de Pasqua e per partecipare alle cacci de le uove che il coniglio di Pasqua fa ogni anno per i bimbi.
La idea originale era che andremmo al Golden Gate Park a San Francisco per partecipare alle attività della Comunità finlandese, ma dovuto i rapporti di clima (pioggia, pioggia, pioggia) l'evento è stato annullato e lo abbiamo trasferito ad un pranzo in casa con la caccia dell'uove.
Katja, Laia ed Ilona con i cestini fatti a mano erano quei incaricati di trovare TUTTI GLI uova e conigli del cioccolato che il coniglio lascio nel giardino di casa... Brian ha dovuto aiutare poco perché sembra che il coniglio era molto buono a nascondere alcuni dei tesori.
Visto che l'ospite era Katja ha dovuto usare i suoi arte per pinturare le facce delle lumache. Particolarmente Laia ancora si ricorda della farfalla che ha fato per il suo compleanno un anno e messo fa, quando gli ha dato le pitture come presente di compleanno (no. 4) a Helsinki.
Entrambi sono stati molto buoni ed paziente ed il risultato: due farfalle belle.
Un giorno molto piacevole e con il sole que ci a permesso fare l'attività di pasqua!
